60 ml gin
1 tbsp Beku Mulberry Jam
15 ml fresh lemon juice
90–120 ml tonic water (or soda water)
Ice cubes
Lemon slice or fresh mulberries, for garnish
1)Add the mulberry jam and lemon juice to a glass and stir until combined. 2)Fill the glass with ice cubes. 3)Pour in the gin and stir well. 4)Top with tonic water or soda water. 5)Gently stir to mix. 6)Garnish with a lemon slice or fresh mulberries and serve.
