Refund Eligibility

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • If your product arrives damaged, spoiled, or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
   • Provide clear photos of the product and its packaging to help us verify the issue.

2. Incorrect Products Delivered:

   • In case you receive the wrong product, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

How to Request a Refund

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7- 10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Beku, we work with perishable food products made using real fruit and natural ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, orders once placed are usually processed quickly and may not always be eligible for cancellation.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
