Beku Mango Jam (mango, sugar, lemon juice)
Beku Mulberry Jam (mulberry, sugar, lemon juice)
1) Slice the cake sponge into even layers. 2) Spread a layer of whipped cream over the first sponge layer. 3) Add a layer of Beku Mango/Mulberry Jam and spread evenly. 4) Place the second sponge layer on top and spread another layer of whipped cream. 5) Add a layer of Beku Mango/Mulberry Jam and spread evenly. 6) Stack the final sponge layer and cover the cake with whipped cream. 7) Decorate as desired and chill before serving. 8) Slice and enjoy.
