1 tbsp Beku Aphonso Mango Jam
2 tsp ceremonial or premium matcha
60 ml hot water (80°C)
200 ml cold milk/coconut water (dairy or oat milk)
Ice cubes
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Add the Beku Alphonso Mango Jam to the bottom of a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the cold milk. Whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy. Gently pour the matcha over the milk to create distinct green and purple layers. Stir before drinking for a fruity, earthy latte with bursts of mulberry.
