Prepare the Oat Base: In a bowl, whisk together the milk, instant coffee, and honey until the coffee dissolves. Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds. Blend the Protein Layer: Blend the hung curd, paneer, and Beku House Mulberry Fruit Spread until smooth and creamy. Assemble: Divide the coffee oats between two serving glasses. Spoon the mulberry protein mixture over the oats to create a second layer. Chill Overnight: Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, allowing the oats to soften and the layers to set. Finish & Serve: Before serving, spread or swirl the melted dark chocolate over the top and sprinkle with crushed roasted peanuts for crunch.
