Add the mulberry jam, gondhoraj lebu juice, and a pinch of grated peel to a glass. Stir until the jam loosens. Fill the glass with ice and pour in the chilled water, mixing well. Gently pour the freshly brewed double shot of espresso over the top. Give it a light stir to combine the layers. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
